🛍️ General Conditions

By using this store, you confirm that:

  • You will not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

📦 Products & Orders

All products are made to order through a third-party production partner (print-on-demand).

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings

  • Placement and sizing may differ slightly due to production processes

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities

  • Cancel or refuse any order if necessary

💳 Payments

All payments must be completed at checkout.

We accept payment methods provided through our platform. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location.

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

🔁 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer’s remorse

However, if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days with photo proof and we will resolve the issue.

❌ Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may already be in progress.

All designs, branding, and content associated with Chart Baddie are the property of the brand and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from:

  • Use of our products

  • Delays in shipping

  • Issues outside of our control
